How to increase my account security in Mavis?

Enable two-factor authentication

1. Click the icon in the upper-right corner to expand the drop-down menu, and click “My profile”.
   
2. Click the two-factor authentication switch button to start the setting.
3. With your account security, please enter your current password to verify your identity.
4. Please download the authenticator (such as Google Authenticator or Duo) to generate the two-factor 6-digit code.
5. Scan the QR code with the authenticator on your mobile device or enter the text instead.
6. Please make sure you have saved the code in a safe place for emergencies.
   This operation will only be valid for 5 minutes to protect your two-factor code.
7. After clicking “Next”, please find “MAVIS” or your self-defined name in the two-factor authenticator and enter the 6-digit code to verify the previous setting is correct. (If your 6-digit code is not correct, please wait for the new 6-digit code or click “Cancel” and set up the authenticator again with the new two-factor code.)
