For better security, Mavis admin can enforce all user to turn on MFA via the system setting
How to enforce MFA setting ?
Go to System management, click authentication and you will see the MFA settings
Toggle to turn on the enforcement of MFA for permanent user or temporary user.
Please notice, the enforcement will only take place where user choose to log in via LDAP or Mavis, if user log in to Mavis with Google or Microsoft SSO, MFA is not needed, please congeries your MFA on your authentication provider.
After the enforcement, for all user that didn't enable MFA:
Online user will get notification, while offline use will be directed to MFA setting page in next log in session.
