Web application supports file upload and download
File upload and download are now supported within Mavis remote sessions. You can upload and download files by simply dragging and dropping or by browsing the page, allowing you to download files from the remote session to your local computer.
- Available: Gateway has successfully synchronized, status is normal.
- Warning: Gateway is synchronizing, please wait.
- Unavailable: Gateway cannot synchronize, no response for more than 30 seconds. Please check network settings or system configuration.

The system displays the Gateway's synchronization status through status indicators, making it easy for users to determine if the connection is normal:

Offline MAVIS: Activation mechanism supports License file upload
The offline version cannot verify the License Key through the external network. You can choose to upload a License file to activate the system.

SFTP supports downloading entire folders
Users can check files or folders and select "Download" or "Compress and Download."
- If a folder is checked, only "Compress and Download" can be selected.
- If the folder path changes, the checked items will be cleared.

Web application supports manual entry of username and password during connection
When users connect to the Web application, manual input of username and password is supported.
When the user is an LDAP account, the system will automatically populate the corresponding AD account when connecting to Device and Web application, simplifying the login process.

Optimization of error messages during Remote connection process
When users click on a resource and establish a connection, the Remote screen will display more specific and optimized error messages. This optimization includes five possible error scenarios for Gateway types, helping users quickly identify and resolve issues:
- Network issue: Unable to connect to the target server
- Scenario: Due to network configuration issues, the Gateway cannot successfully connect to the target server.
- Recommended solution: Please check network configuration or contact the system administrator, and confirm system access permissions and the firewall settings of the target server.
- Authentication issue: Unable to complete connection authentication
- Scenario: The Gateway cannot complete authentication with the target server.
- Recommended solution: Please check the key settings or contact the system administrator to ensure the authentication information is correct.
- Web agent failed to start
- Scenario: The Web agent failed to start, causing the connection to fail.
- Recommended solution: Check the Web agent settings and contact the system administrator for adjustments.
- Tunnel activation failed: Network or configuration issues affecting connection
- Scenario: The Tunnel is enabled, but due to network or configuration issues, it cannot successfully connect to the target Gateway.
- Recommended solution: Contact the system administrator to check network settings and adjust related configurations.
- Tunnel activation failed: Target Gateway not found
- Scenario: During Tunnel activation, the system cannot find the target Gateway.
- Recommended solution: Contact the system administrator to check the Gateway configuration and management settings to ensure the target Gateway exists and is configured correctly.
- Network issue: Unable to connect to the target server
