Feature

  • Log subscription: Session recording

    • Users can now subscribe to access records and receive monthly reports from Mavis for the past 31 days on specified dates each month, allowing you to easily meet your auditing needs.

    •  

      Users can manage their own subscriptions in their personal “My Subscriptions”

  • Send string via inputbox.

    • When the user's connection chooses to use RDP, VNC or a web application, they can quickly double-click the "Shift button" to bring up the input mode.

    • This input supports the user's local input method and anything that needs to be pasted.

  • Work administrator short-cut 

    • When the user's connection chooses to use RDP VNC, they can click the "ctrl + alt + del" button in the lower right corner of the interface to call the work administrator interface

  • Gateway functions:

  • Provides a centralized management Gateway interface for the enterprise. Through this interface, enterprise administrators can easily add and manage the Proxy addresses of external servers to establish a secure connection structure between the internal and external networks. With Mavis, businesses can ensure compliance and keep data secure.

    • In "System Management Connection Setting", there is the Gateway Tunnel Activation switch.

    • To enable Tunnel mode, administrators can first configure the gateway in the Gateway management interface and install a dedicated Tunnel proxy on the remote gateway. Once this configuration is complete, all connections will be routed through the default proxy to ensure the security of internal access.

  • Just-in-time function extension, Email audit function:

    • When a new application form needs to be reviewed, the system will notify the designated reviewer via email. The reviewer can review the login application form directly in the email and add an error message.

Enhancement

  • LDAP group search function:
    • LDAP integration can now search all groups in the LDAP Server without being restricted by the LDAP search limit
  • Quickly modify resource-related secrets and access service information
    • Users can now quickly edit secrets and access service information, simplifying the management of resource credentials.
  • License period optimization:
    • License periods now include activation dates, providing clear information on license validity and renewal.

  • Fix: Addressed various minor issues to enhance system stability and performance.
